Introduction of the Pet Center Manager

Pet Center Managers have been introduced on different planets with Version Update 15.1.0. These are not yet stables but it is at least a beginning.

This is the Pet Center Manager on Planet Toulan.

It is located outside of Guardian Village, near the lake [133969, 93124]. There are currently three possible options.

The boosts shown above apply to the pet owner and not the actual pet. These boosts act in the same way as boosts provided by consumables, but they are only active if the pet is summoned and has reached the "Loved" affection level.
